- 1 pound ground smoked beef
- 1 cup fresh spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded white cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- Form mixture into four equal patties, about ½ inch thick.
- Heat butter or oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Cook patties 5‑7 minutes per side, or until internal temperature reaches 160°F.
- Rest burgers a few minutes before serving.
