Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1 cup salsa verde
- 1 cup rice
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup corn, frozen or fresh
- 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
