Ingredients
- 4 cups shredded chicken
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 cup crumbled Ritz crackers
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions

- In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cream of chicken soup, sour cream, poppy seeds, shredded cheese, salt and pepper.
- Transfer mixture to a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Mix crumbled Ritz crackers with melted butter and sprinkle over the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes before serving.
