- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 2 cups diced tomatoes
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced chicken and brown.
- Add sliced bell pepper and onion; cook until soft.
