Instructions
- Pat the chicken thighs dry with paper towels.
- In a shallow dish, combine flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each piece of chicken in the seasoned flour, shaking off excess.,Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium‑high heat.
- Add the chicken and cook for 4‑5 minutes per side, or until the coating is golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).

- In the same skillet, melt butter, then stir in honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, minced garlic, and grated ginger.
