Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked smoked beef, shredded
- 1 cup mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, corn)
- 1 can refrigerated pie crusts
- 1 cup beef broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a bowl combine shredded smoked beef, mixed vegetables, beef broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper.
- Roll out refrigerated crusts, cut circles to fit muffin tin.
- Place crust circles in muffin tin and fill with beef mixture.
- Cut smaller circles for tops, place over filling and seal edges.
- Bake 15‑20 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool slightly before serving.
