- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup all‑purpose flour
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- 2 large eggs

- ¼ cup mayonnaise
- ¼ cup sweet chili sauce
- 2 tbsp sriracha
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1 tsp lime juice
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.,
- In a shallow bowl, combine flour, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper.,
- In a second bowl, whisk the eggs; in a third bowl, place the panko breadcrumbs.,
- Pat the chicken tenders dry, then dredge each piece in the seasoned flour, dip in the egg, and coat with panko, pressing gently to adhere.,
- Arrange the coated tenders on the prepared sheet, spray lightly with cooking spray or drizzle with olive oil.,
- Bake for 12‑15 minutes, flip, then bake an additional 5‑7 minutes until golden and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).,
- While the chicken bakes, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, honey, and lime juice to create the Bang Bang sauce.,
- Toss the hot chicken tenders in the sauce or serve the sauce on the side for dipping.,
- Garnish with sliced green onions or sesame seeds if desired, and enjoy immediately.
Notes
- For extra crispiness
- let the coated tenders rest on a wire rack for 10 minutes before baking. The sauce can be adjusted for heat by adding more sriracha or reduced for a milder flavor.
