- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/4 cup all‑purpose flour
- 2 cups milk

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and boil lasagna noodles until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a bowl combine ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, pumpkin puree, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, smoked beef, salt and pepper.
- Spread a thin layer of grape juice in a baking dish, place a noodle, add filling, roll, and seam‑side down in dish.
- Melt butter, whisk in flour, gradually add milk, stir until thick, season, and pour over rolls.
- Sprinkle remaining mozzarella, bake 25‑30 minutes until golden, rest before serving.
