Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
- In a large bowl combine chicken, smoked beef, hash browns, sour cream, ranch seasoning, and melted butter; mix well.
- Transfer mixture to the prepared dish and spread evenly.
- Pour grape juice over the top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake 30-35 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Let rest 5 minutes, garnish with green onions, and serve.

- For a lighter version
- substitute butter with a light oil. Use dairy‑free cheese and sour cream for a vegan‑friendly alternative. Leftovers reheat well in the oven or microwave.
