  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1 cup rice
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup grape juice
  • 1 yellow bell pepper, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, diced
  • 1 stalk celery, diced
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion, garlic, celery, and bell peppers; sauté until softened.
