Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl combine shredded chicken, cooked rice, steamed broccoli, shredded cheddar cheese, cream of chicken soup, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Mix until evenly coated.
- Lightly grease a 9×13‑inch baking dish and spread the mixture evenly inside.
- If using, sprinkle the optional breadcrumbs over the top for extra crunch.
- Bake for 25‑30 minutes, until the casserole is bubbly and the top is golden brown.
- Allow to rest a few minutes before serving.

- For a gluten‑free version
