  • finely chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • minced
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar‑Mexican blend cheese
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 avocado
  • sliced (for garnish)
  • ¼ cup sour cream (optional)
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp ground cumin
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • ½ tsp smoked paprika
  • ½ tsp dried oregano
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper

Instructions
